What Can You Do in Just a Week?

This isn't Alex. But he seems like a guy who's pretty darn enthusiastic about 52 weeks in a year, so we'll let him stay. (Pssst... dude, your pants are falling down... might wanna fix that...)

My friend Alex James has been working on a project he called the Just a Week Challenge. Each week he challenges himself to do something new or different: something that pushes him out of his comfort zone to spark self-discovery and self-improvement. He's blogging about it over here: justaweekx52.blogspot.com.

You may think I'm biased since Alex is a good friend of mine, but I objectively feel that his blog is totally worth reading from start to finish. It's inspiring and funny, and you'll probably come away with some ideas for ways that you can challenge yourself. Sounds like a great way to combine self-improvement with fun, right?

Start by reading his first post on living a week without eating meat and work your way through.  Let me know what you think about it. Or better yet, let Alex know what you think about it!
