My friend Alex James has been working on a project he called the Just a Week Challenge. Each week he challenges himself to do something new or different: something that pushes him out of his comfort zone to spark self-discovery and self-improvement. You may think I'm biased since Alex is a good friend of mine, but I objectively feel that his blog is totally worth reading from start to finish.
